There's something that happens when bodies gather in a room together for this work. The field builds differently. The energy has weight and warmth and presence. You feel the people beside you dropping in, and something in your own system responds, it's safe here, we can go further. Black Serpent rising in person at The Zen Den is that. I use my voice to awaken the kundalini - toning, sound, light language, breath, the full transmission - and in a physical space that energy moves through the room and through each body in it in a way that is genuinely unlike anything else. People who've done energy work before say this hits different. People who've never done anything like it say they didn't know their body could feel that way. The Zen Den is a sacred space. It holds the work. I've poured years of ceremony, prayer, and intention into the containers I create there, and you'll feel it the moment you arrive. this isn't a yoga studio. it's not a wellness centre. It's a space that exists for exactly this - for people who are ready to come home to something real inside themselves. In person we go deeper into the somatic, the physical, the embodied. I can read the room, move through the space, work with what's actually alive in the bodies that have shown up. Every session is different because every group is different. I follow the energy, not a script. What a session includes - an intimate in-person group container at The Zen Den, Farsley - somatic and breathwork opening - full voice transmission, sound, toning, and light language - movement, shaking, and whatever the body needs - held space for whatever arises - nothing is too much here - integration, grounding, and close this is for you if you want to feel it, not just understand it. If you're done with intellectual spirituality and ready for something that lands in the body, in the bones, in the blood. Wear something comfortable. Bring water.
