JOINING THE CALL

You'll join the Zoom call and be welcomed in. Michelle opens the session ceremonially - grounding the group, setting intention, preparing the field. Settle in and allow yourself to soften
THE ACTIVATION
LIE DOWN AND RECEIVE
Camera on, eyes closed. Michelle moves through the transmission - channelling voice, tones, and frequencies live. Your body responds in its own way. There is no right or wrong experience.
INTEGRATION
RETURN AND GROUND
The session closes gently. Space is held for stillness and optional sharing before you leave the call. What was activated will continue to move through you in the days that follow.
