About the event
A women-only meditation and instruments-only sound bath, with room to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself.
An evening where you do not need to hold everything together or look after anyone else. Gentle meditation and a flowing sound bath invite you to notice your body, settle into the hammock and make space for your own needs.
We begin with a welcome and gentle guided meditation, followed by an instrumental sound bath. There is time to settle, explore oracle cards and enjoy tea before leaving.
There is no singing or vocal transmission in this session, from Michelle or guests. The sound bath uses instruments alongside spoken meditation and guidance.
Held in person at The Zen Den, Unit 13b, Springfield Mills, Bagley Lane, Farsley, LS28 5LY. 7–9pm. £25 total. Ten hammock places.
You choose how you participate throughout. No previous meditation, sound bath or journeying experience is needed.
