I attune women to their own voices and frequencies, deepening their connection to their bodies, themselves and spirit.

This seven-day journey brings together my intuitive vocal transmissions and your own voice practice. We work with listening, toning, sound and bodily awareness, creating space to explore your expression and deepen your spiritual connection.

We begin together in a live opening ceremony on Zoom on Tuesday 17 November, 7–8.30pm UK time. Your first practice is to hear yourself: to notice the sound you make, feel its resonance in your body and recognise where judgement or the urge to hold back appears. You begin with what is there.
