Galactic Sound Bath

An immersive meditation and instruments-only sound bath with spacious sound and cosmic imagery.

Lie back as guided imagery and the layered resonance of gong, bowls and chimes invite you to step away from everyday demands. This evening is about space, imagination and rest, with nothing to perform or get right.

We begin with a welcome and gentle guided meditation, followed by an instrumental sound bath. There is time to settle, explore oracle cards and enjoy tea before leaving.

There is no singing or vocal transmission in this session, from Michelle or guests. The sound bath uses instruments alongside spoken meditation and guidance.

Held in person at The Zen Den, Unit 13b, Springfield Mills, Bagley Lane, Farsley, LS28 5LY. 7–9pm. £25 total. Ten hammock places.

You choose how you participate throughout. No previous meditation, sound bath or journeying experience is needed.
