Evening Sound, Voice and Gong Bath

This is not a sound bath where I play relaxing music and expect you to drift off. I use my voice through singing, chanting, humming, and different tones, alongside sound instruments. You do not just hear the sound. You feel it moving through your body. It is not always calm. Sometimes the sound is gentle and soothing. Sometimes it is raw, powerful, and intense. Emotion may come up. You may feel restless before you settle. You may notice your breathing change, your body soften, or something you have been carrying come into your awareness. You do not need to do anything or understand what is happening. You can lie down, close your eyes, and take the experience at your own pace. You will never be asked to sing, perform, or share anything personal. My voice is not there to perform for you. I use it to create resonance and give your body space…
