About the event
A grounding meditation and instruments-only sound bath, offering a quieter pause before Christmas.
Earth-inspired imagery, gentle rhythms and layered instrumental sound invite you to slow down and notice the support beneath you. An evening to step out of the rush, rest your attention and return to the present.
We begin with a welcome and gentle guided meditation, followed by an instrumental sound bath. There is time to settle, explore oracle cards and enjoy tea before leaving.
There is no singing or vocal transmission in this session, from Michelle or guests. The sound bath uses instruments alongside spoken meditation and guidance.
Held in person at The Zen Den, Unit 13b, Springfield Mills, Bagley Lane, Farsley, LS28 5LY. 7–9pm. £25 total. Ten hammock places.
You choose how you participate throughout. No previous meditation, sound bath or journeying experience is needed.
